Jules has a 2¨1 degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) from University of Westminster. Jules has an extensive background in martial arts and dance which has given him a unique insight into the workings of the human body. His own experience with injury rehabilitation inspired him to embark on a career in healthcare with his formal training as a massage therapist starting in 2000. Jules’s practice takes the physical and emotional into consideration.
He has treated a wide variety of chronic and acute conditions. He strongly believes in supporting the individuals own innate healing potential and he will always inform his clients of lifestyle changes which can help them to improve their health.Jules is a strong advocate of continued professional development (CPD) and is constantly seeking to improve his theoretical knowledge and technical ability. His approach embraces traditional theory and practice coupled with scientific and clinical research.
Marta’s integrative approach aims to provide nourishment for all aspects of health (physical, emotional and spiritual) by using nutritional science, naturopathic tools, yoga and mindfulness. She does not believe in the one- size fits all approach. She will help you understand the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and how to implement the changes to sustain positive results in health and vitality over time.
Marta has a first class honours degree and integrated MSc in Nutritional Therapy from University of Westminster based on Functional Medicine. Further, she is a certified yoga teacher, baby massage educator and a Mediterranean-style cook. Her current areas of interest are women´s health and supporting people with chronic conditions such as cardiovascular, cancer or autoimmune conditions.
Rocio is a passionate and enthusiastic massage therapist. She is fully qualified in Holistic , Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology. This extensive knowledge has enabled Rocio to develop a holistic approach to a diverse of treatments and techniques to satisfy the personal needs of every particular client.
Using a variety of techniques she provides stress and pain reduction, deep tissue massage, and relaxation massage. She practices with a holistic and client-focused approach that values open communication between therapist and client.
A member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) currently qualified in Aromatherapy, Deep tissue massage, Holistic massage,on-site massage, Pregnancy massage, Reflexology/Maternity reflexology and Reiki 1&2.
Since first qualifying in 2004, Yuriko has continuously taken further courses to increase her skill set and knowledge in complementary therapies using a holistic approach to treatments.I am expecting to be qualified as a nutritional therapist by the end of this year.
Ann has a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy from University of Westminster. Before qualifying as a nutritional therapist she spent 15 years working in marketing in the IT industry in the UK, Europe and Asia. She now practices in her own clinic in south Oxfordshire and is a founder partner of The Nutribox, an online business providing a monthly subscription service delivering boxes of healthy snacks to individuals to their home or office.
Ann’s particular areas of focus in her clinic include stress management, supporting fitness training and digestive disorders. Ann believes in helping her clients to understand the impact of food and diet on their health and wellbeing, so they have the knowledge to make better choices about what and how they eat. A keen cook, Ann’s nutrition mission is to share her love of food and help her clients experience a range of foods that not only taste great, but can support their health and wellbeing goals.
Jeannette is a Nutritherapist with a BSc (Hons) 2:1 Nutritional Therapy from The University of Westminster. Jeannette is passionate about wellbeing in the workplace and believes the fuel you put into your workforce is key to its success. She has seen time and time again, how working with bosses to improve their eating habits leads to positive influences on whole teams – increasing energy and productivity while reducing sickness.
She works with companies on a range of issues from how to eat for energy, to be brain sharp and to influence mood. She can also produce practical reports for companies to improve the nutritional content of trolleys, in-house cafes and canteens with food and drinks that taste delicious too.
